Weldon has a Doctorate from the University of Houston and previous degrees from Texas A&M University, Commerce. A resident of Houston for over 35 years, Weldon focuses on customer service. He values each client and works to listen and understand their wants and needs, and to find them the perfect home for their lifestyle.

While serving as an advisor for students enrolled in the real estate program at Houston Community College, Weldon says he “caught the fever” and decided to take a class. Once receiving his license, he purchased several investment properties, and following an early retirement decided to make real estate a second career.

When not working, he is involved with his neighborhood civic club and the Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church. He loves international travel, is a member of the Houston Museum of Fine Arts, Houston Museum of African American Culture, The TSU Museum and Trees for Houston.
