A real estate professional since 2004. Velda Nichols a native of Shreveport, Louisiana is known for her love and aspiration in building relationships with people. She was educated in the Caddo Parish School Systems, graduating from Booker T. Washington High School. She furthered her education at Southern University(Shreveport) and the University of Phoenix where she received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management and an MBA in Management and Marketing, respectively.

After being in the insurance industry for over 25 years. Velda started a new career in the real estate industry, realizing that her love for people and her ability to assist people in both areas of how to purchase, sell and insure their homes had its benefits. She is instrumental in helping clients with leasing residential or commercial property as well as property management.

She possesses over 40 years of customer service experiences and she exemplifies a great desire to assure her clients of her expertise and knowledge in the real estate market. She offers a diverse set of skills and values to ensure the best real estate experiences.
