Larry O’Neal is a licensed real estate broker and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of the Commercial Division at WDIR. Equipped with 26 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, his thrust ranges in land, income producing property sales, consulting and evaluations. Larry is skilled in negotiating transactions for clients in Multi-Family Housing, Land Development and Retail Shopping Centers as well as tenant-representations for all classes of Commercial Office Space from Texas Southern University (TSU), Houston Independent School District (HISD), Harris County, and City of Houston. At WDIR, he is responsible for specialized commercial acquisitions,

dispositions and leases, coordination of commercial title reports, surveys, appraisals, closings, business development and administrative management.  Prior to joining WDIR, Larry was a Commercial Broker in a national brokerage company responsible for land sales. Throughout his career to date, Larry has been involved in land sales and development of affordable housing properties that exceed $75 Million plus dollars across the state of Texas. A native Houstonian and former Houston Police Officer, Larry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Houston and is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, The Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
