Gail Gage has been with Womack Development & Investment Realtors for the entirety of her real estate career. She climbed the ranks from staff assistant to a licensed real estate agent, which she has now been for over 25 years.

Gail began her real estate career in residential sales, though she has been a Real Estate Owned (REO) specialist for more than 15years. As a specialist, Gail facilitates the entire process with REO accounts, from listing to sell. This includes, but is not limited to, handling Brokers Price Opinions (BPOs), listings, weekly inspections and the market and sale of the properties. She continuously undergoes extensive training to ensure that she handles REO properties with the highest quality of care and expertise.

As corporate secretary, Gail is responsible for maintaining all of WDIR’s corporate records. She is experienced in every type of real estate transaction and builds lasting relationships with each of her clients.

Gail is a member of Brentwood Baptist Church, Big Brother and Big Sister program and enjoys spending time with loved ones in her spare time.
