Originally hailing from Los Angeles, California, Anita Broderick James now considers herself a true Houstonian after having lived in the Bayou City for the past twenty years. While obtaining her undergraduate degree in Finance at Howard University, Anita worked as a leasing agent, thus stimulating her desire to eventually pursue a career as a licensed real estate agent.

Anita is best known as an Inner Loop Buyer’s Agent who listens and understands her clients’ requirements and works tirelessly to find them the perfect home to fit their lifestyle. Anita also enjoys assisting her business clients by finding the ideal commercial space to satisfy their professional needs. Anita is intimately familiar with the entire Houston market but focuses her sales efforts on inner loop neighborhoods and adjacent areas, such as The Museum District, Midtown, Third Ward, Meyerland, and Bellaire.

As a practicing attorney and Associate Municipal Court Judge, Anita also possesses extensive experience negotiating and closing transactions and has the requisite legal knowledge to identify, address and resolve complex issues that arise during many real estate transactions. In her spare time, Anita enjoys traveling, running and dining at the many restaurants that Houston has on offer.
